1. Why did my payment fail?

1.1.Most payment failures are caused by one of the following reasons: If debit/credit card option was used, either the money on the card is insufficient or the card is not profiled for Verify by Visa/MasterCard secure code. Your bank did not authorize this specific payment. This may happen the first time you use the service. Once you authorize your bank, you should be able to transact. Your biller refused the payment. EziPay will let you know if this is the case and you can contact your biller for more information. To protect you from accidental double-payments, EziPay may reject identical payments (same amount to the same biller) made immediately after each other.

2. How can I cancel a payment?

2.1. Payments are processed instantly and are final. Please refer to our terms and conditions if warranted.

3. How long does it take for a payment to reflect?

3.1. Once you submit a payment, EziPay verifies your payment authorization with your bank and then securely submits it to the biller. Most payments are reflected instantly on your account and we will keep you updated on the status of all pending payments.

4. How do I know that my bill has been paid?

4.1. You receive a feedback on your screen once payment is sent.You can also check payment status by reviewing your transaction history when logged in. You can also contact us at support@ezipay.global or via phone if you require assistance. You can request call back on our contact us page and our customer service representatives will call you.

5. What can I use to make payments?

5.1. You can use your debit, credit card, bank or mobile money account to make payments with EziPay.

6. When can I make payments?

6.1. You can make payment at any time. As soon as your payment is reflected, your merchant’s account will be credited appropriately.

7. Why do you need my full name, email address and phone number?

7.1. Before you can use EziPay to make payments, we need to confirm your identity. We protect this information with bank-level security and will never sell your personal information.

8. How should I submit an issue?

8.1. Yes, EziPay is safe. We do not have access to any of your personal information, usernames or passwords. We also do not have access to your bank account. We simply serve as the platform for you to access your accounts. EziPay adheres to the highest standards in security in order to keep your data private and secure. All your data is protected with a 256-bit encryption level and the data exchanged with EziPay using SSL in order to create a highly secured connection between users and EziPay servers. We work to bring you a great service, with the peace of mind that your information will be protected.
